3. Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Sale apply to consumer purchases made through our website.

They should be read together with our:

  • Terms and Conditions.

  • Shipping and Delivery Policy.

  • Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy.

  • Payment and Billing Policy.

  • Billing Terms and Conditions.

  • Privacy Policy.

  • Cookie Policy.

  • Legal Notice.

These Terms relate specifically to the contract for the sale and supply of products.

If a product page contains additional terms that are clearly presented before you place an order, those product-specific terms will also form part of the contract.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a statutory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Consumer Purchases

These Terms are intended primarily for customers purchasing products wholly or mainly for personal, domestic, or household use.

Contact us before ordering if you intend to purchase products principally for business, resale, trade, professional, or commercial purposes.

Different terms may apply to business purchases.

Consumer cancellation rights and other statutory protections may not apply in the same way to purchases made wholly or mainly for business purposes.

5. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order, you must:

  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Be authorised to use the selected payment method.

  • Provide a valid delivery address within an area we serve.

  • Purchase products only for lawful purposes.

Orders for products intended for babies or children must be placed by an adult who is legally capable of entering into the purchase contract.

6. Product Listings Are Invitations to Purchase

Products displayed on our website constitute an invitation for customers to submit an offer to purchase.

Displaying a product, price, or availability status does not obligate us to accept an order.

Adding a product to your basket does not:

  • Reserve the product.

  • Guarantee its availability.

  • Fix its price indefinitely.

  • Create a binding sales contract.

Your offer is submitted when you complete checkout and select the button confirming that the order carries an obligation to pay.

7. Placing an Order

To place an order, you must follow the checkout instructions on our website.

Before submitting your order, you should review:

  • The products and quantities selected.

  • Product options such as size or colour.

  • The delivery address.

  • The billing information.

  • The selected delivery method.

  • The delivery charge.

  • Any promotional discount.

  • The total amount payable.

  • The selected payment method.

You are responsible for correcting errors before submitting the order.

By completing checkout, you offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms of Sale.

8. Order Acknowledgement

After you place an order, we may send an acknowledgement to the email address provided during checkout.

This acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order.

It does not necessarily confirm that:

  • We have accepted the order.

  • A contract has been formed.

  • Payment has been finally collected.

  • The products are available.

  • The order has been dispatched.

You should review the acknowledgement and contact us promptly if any information appears incorrect.

9. Acceptance and Formation of the Contract

Unless we expressly tell you otherwise, your order is accepted and the sales contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation for the relevant product.

If products are dispatched separately, a separate contract may be formed for each product when its dispatch is confirmed.

We may accept only part of an order. Products not accepted will not form part of the sales contract.

Payment authorisation or collection alone does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted.

10. Reasons We May Decline an Order

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including:

  • A product is unavailable.

  • Payment is declined.

  • Payment information cannot be verified.

  • Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

  • The delivery address is outside our service area.

  • A product is subject to a delivery restriction.

  • An obvious pricing or product-description error has occurred.

  • The order exceeds reasonable purchasing limits.

  • Required information is incomplete.

  • A legal, regulatory, or safety restriction applies.

  • We cannot fulfil the order because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where possible, we will inform you if an order is declined or cancelled.

Any payment collected for products that will not be supplied will be refunded.

11. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Although we aim to maintain accurate stock information, a product may become unavailable because of:

  • Simultaneous customer orders.

  • Inventory errors.

  • Supplier delays.

  • Product discontinuation.

  • Damage identified during fulfilment.

  • Safety concerns.

  • Technical errors.

If a product becomes unavailable, we may:

  • Cancel and refund the affected product.

  • Provide an estimated availability date.

  • Offer an alternative product for your approval.

  • Dispatch the remaining products separately.

  • Cancel the entire order where appropriate.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

12. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate.

Product information may include:

  • Images.

  • Dimensions.

  • Materials.

  • Features.

  • Age recommendations.

  • Safety warnings.

  • Care instructions.

  • Compatibility information.

  • Manufacturer information.

However:

  • Colours may vary depending on screen settings and lighting.

  • Images may be illustrative.

  • Packaging may change.

  • Measurements and weights may be approximate.

  • Minor design differences may occur.

  • Manufacturers may update non-essential details.

The product supplied must still correspond with its description and meet applicable legal requirements.

13. Products for Babies and Children

Some products sold by Little Ones Universe may be intended for babies or children.

Before purchasing or using such a product, you should review:

  • Age recommendations.

  • Minimum and maximum weight limits.

  • Height limits.

  • Developmental guidance.

  • Safety warnings.

  • Assembly instructions.

  • Supervision requirements.

  • Cleaning and maintenance instructions.

  • Product compatibility.

A responsible adult must determine whether a product is appropriate for the intended child.

Age recommendations are general guidance and do not replace adult supervision, product instructions, or professional advice where necessary.

You must discontinue use of a product if it becomes damaged, worn, incomplete, or unsafe.

14. Prices

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless clearly stated otherwise.

The price payable will normally be the price shown when you submit your order, together with any delivery charges and other costs disclosed before payment.

Prices may change at any time before an order is submitted.

A later price change will not normally affect an order we have already accepted.

Where required, prices displayed to consumers will include applicable VAT.

15. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be shown before you submit your order.

Our currently advertised delivery options may include:

Economy Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days after dispatch
Cost: Free

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days after dispatch
Cost: £15

Available delivery services and charges may vary according to the product, parcel size, delivery address, or courier coverage.

The delivery option shown and selected during checkout will apply to your order.

16. Obvious Pricing Errors

Despite our reasonable efforts, a product or delivery service may occasionally be displayed with an incorrect price.

If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may:

  • Correct the error.

  • Contact you for instructions.

  • Invite you to place the order at the correct price.

  • Cancel the affected order.

We are not required to supply a product at an obviously incorrect price where the mistake should reasonably have been apparent.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the relevant amount will be refunded.

We will not change the agreed price of an accepted order simply because the product later becomes more expensive.

17. Promotional Offers

Promotional offers, discount codes, bundles, and free-gift offers may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • A promotion must be used during its stated period.

  • A code must be entered before checkout is completed.

  • A minimum purchase amount may apply.

  • Some products may be excluded.

  • Codes cannot normally be combined.

  • A promotion may be limited to one use per customer or household.

  • Promotional benefits have no cash value.

  • Discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively.

If part of a promotional order is returned, the discount may be recalculated according to the products retained and the conditions of the promotion.

A free product associated with a returned purchase may also need to be returned.

18. Accepted Payment Methods

Depending on availability at checkout, we may accept:

  • American Express.

  • Apple Pay.

  • Diners Club.

  • Discover.

  • Google Pay.

  • Klarna.

  • Maestro.

  • Mastercard.

  • Shop Pay.

  • UnionPay.

  • Visa.

The options displayed during checkout are the payment methods available for your order.

Availability may depend on your device, location, order value, product type, and the payment provider’s requirements.

19. Payment Authorisation

By submitting payment details, you confirm that:

  • The information is accurate.

  • You are authorised to use the payment method.

  • The billing information is correct.

  • Sufficient funds or credit are available.

  • The transaction is lawful.

  • You will complete any authentication required by the payment provider.

Payment may be subject to:

  • Bank approval.

  • Identity verification.

  • Fraud-prevention checks.

  • Digital-wallet authentication.

  • One-time passcodes.

  • Credit or eligibility checks where a credit service is selected.

An order may be delayed or declined where payment cannot be authorised or verified.

20. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by independent third-party payment providers.

Little Ones Universe does not normally store or have direct access to:

  • Complete payment-card numbers.

  • Card security codes.

  • Online banking passwords.

  • Complete digital-wallet credentials.

  • One-time authentication codes.

We may receive limited information such as the payment status, transaction reference, card brand, payment method, and final digits of a card.

Further details are provided in our Payment and Billing Policy.

21. Klarna and Deferred-Payment Services

Klarna or another instalment or deferred-payment method may be available for eligible purchases.

These services are provided by independent third parties and may be subject to:

  • Eligibility requirements.

  • Identity or credit checks.

  • Separate terms and conditions.

  • Payment schedules.

  • Late-payment rules.

  • The provider’s privacy policy.

Little Ones Universe does not control approval decisions made by a credit or deferred-payment provider.

You must review the provider’s terms before selecting its service.

A return or cancellation may not immediately pause scheduled payments. Continue following the provider’s instructions until the adjustment or refund is formally confirmed.

22. Payment Timing

Depending on the payment method, funds may be:

  • Authorised when the order is submitted.

  • Collected immediately.

  • Collected when the order is accepted.

  • Collected when products are prepared for dispatch.

  • Collected according to an instalment schedule.

A pending authorisation may temporarily reserve funds without representing a completed charge.

If an order is not accepted, any unused payment authorisation should normally be released by the payment provider. The timing of that release is controlled by the provider.

23. Order Verification

We may request additional information before accepting or dispatching an order.

This may be necessary to:

  • Verify your identity.

  • Confirm billing information.

  • Correct an incomplete address.

  • Confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

  • Prevent fraud.

  • Comply with legal obligations.

Processing may be delayed while we wait for the requested information.

If verification cannot be completed, we may decline or cancel the order.

Personal information used for verification will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

24. Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or change an order before dispatch.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped after processing has begun.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to receive and return it in accordance with our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy.

Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

25. Statutory Right to Cancel an Online Order

Consumers purchasing eligible products online generally have the right to cancel without giving a reason.

The statutory cancellation period normally expires 14 days after:

  • You receive the product; or

  • For products delivered separately under one order, you receive the final product.

You must clearly inform us of your decision to cancel before the cancellation period expires.

You may contact us by email or another clear written statement.

After notifying us, you must return the products without undue delay and normally no later than 14 days after communicating your cancellation.

Legal exceptions may apply to certain products.

26. Exceptions to Cancellation Rights

The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to certain products, including where permitted by law:

  • Personalised or custom-made products.

  • Products made to your specifications.

  • Products likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

  • Sealed products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

  • Products inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

  • Sealed audio, video, or software products once unsealed.

  • Certain digital content supplied after the required agreement and acknowledgement.

An exception to change-of-mind cancellation does not remove your rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.

27. Our Voluntary 30-Day Return Period

In addition to statutory rights, Little Ones Universe offers a voluntary return period of 30 days after delivery for eligible products.

To qualify under this voluntary policy, a product should generally be:

  • Unused.

  • Unworn and unwashed.

  • In a resalable condition.

  • Complete with all parts and accessories.

  • Returned with labels and instructions.

  • In its original packaging where reasonably possible.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

The detailed eligibility requirements and exclusions are set out in our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy.

28. Handling Returned Products

You may inspect a product to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality in a manner similar to what would reasonably be permitted in a physical shop.

Where handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary and reduces the product’s value, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where legally permitted.

Products returned under our voluntary policy may be refused if they are:

  • Used.

  • Damaged after delivery.

  • Soiled.

  • Incomplete.

  • Altered.

  • Missing essential accessories.

  • Unsuitable for resale.

This does not affect your rights where the product was faulty or otherwise failed to conform to the contract.

29. Return Shipping Costs

For a change-of-mind return, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product where you were informed of this responsibility before purchase.

Little Ones Universe will cover reasonable return costs where a product is:

  • Faulty.

  • Damaged before or during delivery.

  • Incorrectly supplied.

  • Not as described.

  • Missing essential components.

  • Otherwise not in conformity with the contract.

You must follow the return method or instructions provided by us.

We may be unable to reimburse an unnecessarily expensive or unauthorised return method where a reasonable alternative was available.

30. Refunds Following Cancellation

Where you validly cancel an eligible online order, we will refund payments received for the cancelled products.

Where required by law, this will include the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the standard delivery cost.

We may withhold the refund until:

  • We receive the returned products; or

  • You provide satisfactory evidence that the products have been returned.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

31. Refund Timing

We will process refunds without undue delay.

For a valid statutory cancellation involving returned goods, the refund will normally be made no later than 14 days after the earliest of:

  • The day we receive the returned goods.

  • The day you provide satisfactory evidence that the goods were returned.

  • Where no goods were supplied, the day we are informed of the cancellation.

Your payment provider may require additional time to display the refund after we process it.

32. Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and order acceptance.

Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery period.

Estimated delivery periods begin on the date of dispatch.

We will deliver products to the address supplied during checkout unless another arrangement is agreed.

You are responsible for checking that the delivery information is complete and accurate.

Further details are provided in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

33. Delivery Deadline

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the agreed timeframe.

Unless a different period has been agreed, products will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.

Where no other delivery period is agreed, online sellers must generally deliver goods without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is made.

34. Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed or essential delivery date.

Delays may occur because of:

  • Courier disruption.

  • Severe weather.

  • Public holidays.

  • Seasonal demand.

  • Transport problems.

  • Incorrect customer information.

  • Security checks.

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

If delivery is delayed, contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Where an agreed or legally required delivery period is missed, you may have rights to require delivery within an additional period or cancel the order, depending on the circumstances.

35. Essential Delivery Dates

Tell us before ordering if delivery by a particular date is essential.

A delivery date may be treated as essential where:

  • We expressly agree to it.

  • The circumstances clearly show that delivery by that date is essential.

  • You tell us before the contract is formed and we accept that requirement.

If an essential delivery deadline is missed, additional cancellation and refund rights may apply.

An estimated delivery date does not automatically become essential merely because the product is intended for a birthday, holiday, or other event.

36. Risk During Delivery

Where we select the courier, products generally remain at our risk until they are delivered into your physical possession or to another person identified by you to receive them.

Different rules may apply if you independently arrange a courier that was not offered or selected by us.

If a parcel is lost before responsibility passes to you, we will provide an appropriate remedy after completing any reasonable investigation.

37. Incorrect Delivery Information

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect information supplied by you, we may:

  • Wait for the parcel to be returned.

  • Request a corrected address.

  • Charge reasonable re-delivery costs.

  • Deduct reasonable delivery and return costs from a refund where legally permitted.

This does not apply where the delivery error was caused by Little Ones Universe or a courier selected by us.

38. Safe-Place and Neighbour Instructions

Where you expressly request delivery to a safe place, neighbour, reception area, or another nominated person, the courier may follow those instructions where reasonably possible.

You should nominate only a secure and appropriate location.

Responsibility for the parcel may be affected once it has been correctly delivered according to your express instructions.

Courier photographs, signatures, GPS information, and delivery records may be considered when investigating a disputed delivery.

39. Failed or Unclaimed Deliveries

If nobody is available to receive a parcel, the courier may:

  • Attempt delivery again.

  • Leave it at an authorised safe place.

  • Deliver it to a neighbour.

  • Take it to a collection point.

  • Hold it at a depot.

  • Return it to us.

You are responsible for following the courier’s collection or re-delivery instructions.

If a parcel is returned because it was refused, unclaimed, or could not be delivered due to customer-supplied information, reasonable costs may apply where legally permitted.

40. Lost or Missing Parcels

Contact us if a parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe.

Before contacting us, check:

  • Tracking information.

  • Safe places.

  • Neighbours.

  • Household members.

  • Reception or concierge areas.

  • Attempted-delivery notices.

  • The delivery address on your order.

We may need to open an investigation with the courier.

If the courier confirms that the parcel was lost while under our responsibility, we will normally offer a replacement, subject to availability, or an appropriate refund.

41. Damaged Deliveries

Inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If a parcel or product arrives damaged, contact us promptly and provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the damage.

  • Photographs of the external packaging.

  • Photographs of the shipping label.

  • Photographs or videos of the product.

Retain the product and packaging until we provide instructions.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund, missing component, or another appropriate remedy.

42. Your Statutory Product Rights

Products supplied by Little Ones Universe must meet the standards required by applicable UK consumer law.

Goods must generally be:

  • Of satisfactory quality.

  • Fit for their usual purpose.

  • Fit for any particular purpose made known to us where the law applies.

  • As described.

  • Matched to any sample or model where applicable.

These standards form part of consumer contracts under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

43. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products

Contact us if a product is faulty, unsafe, damaged before delivery, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.

Depending on the circumstances and the time at which the problem is reported, you may be entitled to:

  • Reject the product.

  • Receive a refund.

  • Request a repair.

  • Request a replacement.

  • Receive a price reduction.

  • Exercise another remedy available under law.

Our voluntary returns policy and any manufacturer’s warranty operate in addition to your statutory rights.

44. Short-Term Right to Reject

Where a product does not conform to the contract, consumers may have a short-term legal right to reject it.

The availability and duration of this right depend on applicable law and the circumstances.

Where the legal requirements are met, we will provide the appropriate refund and cover reasonable return costs.

You should notify us promptly after discovering a problem.

45. Repairs and Replacements

Where a repair or replacement is an appropriate legal remedy, it must be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.

The chosen remedy may depend on:

  • The nature of the fault.

  • Product availability.

  • The cost of each remedy.

  • Whether a repair is possible.

  • Whether a replacement would be disproportionate.

  • The impact on the customer.

If a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, unavailable, or not completed within a reasonable time, further remedies may apply.

46. Product Misuse and Wear

We are not responsible for a problem caused solely by:

  • Accidental damage after delivery.

  • Misuse.

  • Neglect.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Incorrect assembly.

  • Failure to follow instructions.

  • Improper cleaning or storage.

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications.

  • Use outside the product’s intended purpose or limits.

This does not remove your rights where the product had an inherent fault or was not compliant when supplied.

47. Product Safety and Recalls

If we become aware of a significant product-safety concern or recall, we may:

  • Contact affected customers.

  • Publish a website notice.

  • Stop selling the product.

  • Cancel unfulfilled orders.

  • Ask customers to stop using the product.

  • Arrange a return, repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Provide manufacturer or authority instructions.

You should follow safety and recall instructions promptly.

48. Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty.

A manufacturer’s warranty may require:

  • Product registration.

  • Proof of purchase.

  • Compliance with care instructions.

  • Use within stated limitations.

  • Direct communication with the manufacturer.

A manufacturer’s warranty is additional to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace them.

49. Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of products will normally pass to you after:

  • We have received payment in full; and

  • The products have been delivered.

The passing of ownership does not alter the statutory rules governing risk during delivery.

50. Our Responsibility for Loss

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of:

  • Our breach of these Terms.

  • Our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

  • Our failure to meet a legal obligation.

A loss is foreseeable where it is an obvious consequence of the breach or was contemplated by both parties when the contract was formed.

We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen.

51. Liability We Do Not Exclude

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.

This includes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded.

  • Breach of mandatory statutory consumer rights.

  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

52. Business Losses

Where you purchase products as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses arising from the use of products purchased principally for personal or household purposes.

Business losses may include:

  • Loss of profit.

  • Loss of revenue.

  • Loss of business opportunity.

  • Loss of commercial data.

  • Business interruption.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

53. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, provided that we take reasonable steps to minimise the effect.

Such circumstances may include:

  • Extreme weather.

  • Natural disasters.

  • Widespread transport disruption.

  • Industrial action.

  • Government action.

  • Public-health emergencies.

  • Major utility or communications failures.

  • Supplier disruption.

  • Cybersecurity incidents not caused by our failure to take reasonable precautions.

We will contact affected customers where reasonably possible.

If the disruption continues for a significant period, you may be entitled to cancel the affected order and receive a refund for products not supplied.

54. Personal Information

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information may be used to:

  • Process orders.

  • Manage payments.

  • Arrange delivery.

  • Prevent fraud.

  • Provide customer support.

  • Process returns and refunds.

  • Meet legal and accounting obligations.

Payment providers, couriers, ecommerce providers, and other service providers may process information where necessary to fulfil your order.

55. Communications

We may contact you using the details provided during checkout or account registration.

Communications may include:

  • Order acknowledgements.

  • Payment updates.

  • Verification requests.

  • Dispatch confirmations.

  • Delivery updates.

  • Return and refund information.

  • Safety or recall notices.

  • Customer-service messages.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate.

Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted and may be managed as explained in our Privacy Policy.

56. Complaints

Contact us if you are dissatisfied with a product, order, delivery, payment, or refund.

Please provide:

  • Your full name.

  • Your order number.

  • The email address used for the order.

  • A description of the problem.

  • Relevant photographs or documents.

  • The resolution you are seeking.

We will review complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable period.

57. Alternative Dispute Resolution

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the parties may consider an appropriate alternative dispute-resolution procedure.

Little Ones Universe is not committed to using a particular alternative dispute-resolution provider unless required by law or expressly agreed.

This does not affect your right to bring proceedings before a competent court.

58. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms of Sale to reflect changes in:

  • Applicable law.

  • Payment arrangements.

  • Delivery services.

  • Products.

  • Business operations.

  • Website functionality.

The revised version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

The terms applying to an order will generally be those in effect when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed with you.

59. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

60. No Waiver

If we delay or fail to enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that the right has been waived.

A waiver applies only to the specific circumstances in which it is given.

61. Third-Party Rights

These Terms are between you and Mr Gnanaparvathan Sabapathy trading as Little Ones Universe.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no other person has a right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

This does not affect any independent right or remedy available to another person.

62. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale and each sales contract are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Consumers living in another part of the United Kingdom may also benefit from mandatory protections applicable in their place of residence.

63. Jurisdiction

Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of England and Wales.

Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which they live.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to give up a mandatory right to use another legally competent court.
